Commercial letter is a new type of postal service that is gradually emerging with the development of market economy. It is also known as DM (Direct Mail) Advertising abroad. Business letters have lately emerged in our country. However, with the rapid development, taking the Beijing Post Administration Bureau as an example only, a total of 7.94 million commercial correspondences were received in 1992, aiming at an average monthly growth rate of 20%. The rise of commercial letters, the contents of the postal communications began to change.
