[目的]探讨肺癌发病的危险因素。[方法]采用病例对照研究方法,收集病例和对照各781例,进行流行病学调查及实验检测分析。[结果]室内烹调油烟、装修后刺激性气味、居室通风不良、吸烟、常自己炒菜可增加肺癌风险;而烧菜油温不过热和BRCA2基因rs144848 C等位基因具有保护作用。吸烟、室内烹调油烟和居住平房具有交互作用。[结论]肺癌与吸烟、环境污染有关,rs144848位点C等位基因可能具有保护作用。
[Objective] To explore the risk factors of lung cancer. [Method] With the case-control study method, 781 cases were collected from each case and control group for epidemiological investigation and experimental analysis. [Result] Indoor cooking fumes, irritating odor after decoration, poor ventilation in the living room, smoking, and often cooking by ourselves could increase the risk of lung cancer; while the temperature of vegetable oil did not overheat and BRCA2 rs144848 C allele had protective effect. Smoking, indoor cooking fumes and living bungalows have an interaction. [Conclusion] Lung cancer is related to smoking and environmental pollution, and C allele rs144848 may be protective.
