本文以黑岱沟露天矿排土场为研究区,对比分析了不同植被类型土壤有机碳含量、土壤有机碳密度的垂直分布及其与土壤化学性质的关系。结果表明:已复垦样地的土壤有机碳含量均在土壤表层0~10cm最高,随着土层深度的增加,有机碳含量呈波动下降趋势;不同植被类型下土壤有机碳含量从高到低依次为柠条林地(2.62g/kg)>沙棘林地(1.94g/kg)>胡枝子林地(1.87g/kg)。已复垦样地的土壤有机碳含量及碳密度都远大于对照。总体而言,各样地的土壤有机碳密度的变化规律和有机碳含量的变化规律基本一致。各样地的土壤有机碳含量与全氮含量、速效钾含量呈显著正相关关系;与有效磷呈极显著负相关性;而与碱解氮含量、全磷含量无显著相关性。回归分析表明:各样地所选的化学因子与土壤有机碳之间所建立的线性回归方程精度较好,R2均在83%以上。对与土壤有机碳呈显著相关的化学因子进行拟合,得到最佳拟合方程并进行方差分析,F检测结果达到极显著水平,说明方程模型有显著的统计意义。
In this paper, the wasteland of Heidaigou open-pit mine is taken as the research area, and the vertical distribution of soil organic carbon and soil organic carbon in different vegetation types and its relationship with soil chemical properties are comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the content of soil organic carbon in reclaimed plots was the highest in 0-10 cm soil layer, and the content of organic carbon decreased with the increase of soil depth. The content of soil organic carbon under different types of vegetation varied from high to low The order was Caragana korshinskii (2.62 g / kg)> Seabuckthorn forest (1.94 g / kg)> Lespedeza storbe forest (1.87 g / kg). The reclaimed soil organic carbon content and carbon density are much larger than the control. In general, the variation pattern of soil organic carbon density and the variation pattern of organic carbon content are basically the same. There was a significant positive correlation between soil organic carbon content and TN content and available K content in all kinds of plots. There was a significant negative correlation between soil organic C content and available P, but not with available N and total P content. Regression analysis showed that the linear regression equations established between the selected chemical elements and soil organic carbon were better, with R2 values above 83%. Fitting the chemical factors significantly correlated with soil organic carbon to get the best fit equation and analysis of variance, F test results reached a significant level, indicating that the equation model was statistically significant.
