当代心理学研究表明,教师的视野覆盖范围一般不超过25人,随着人口数量的递减,小班化教学将成为未来教育的主要组织形式[1]。小班化教学课堂绝不仅仅是教学空间的增大、教学时间的增多、班级人数减少,而是教学资源的重组,人均交流量的扩大,更是教师观念的更新,教学方法的变革,从而提高教学效果。我们认为实施小班化数学课堂教学应从以下几方面着手:1.小班化数学课堂教学呼唤高素质的教师1.1小班化数学课堂教学教师应具备的能力
Contemporary psychology research shows that the teacher’s field of vision generally does not cover more than 25 people. As the population decreases, small-class teaching will become the main form of education in the future [1]. The small class teaching class is not only the increase of teaching space, the increase of teaching time, the decrease of the class size, but the reorganization of teaching resources and the increase of the exchange of per capita. It is also the updating of teachers’ concept and the reform of teaching methods so as to improve Teaching effect. We believe that the implementation of small class mathematics classroom teaching should be carried out from the following aspects: 1.
