认真开展教研活动,是提高教学质量的重要途径。在开展教研活动中,我们经过多次试验,认为同教材对比教学是一种较好的方法。我们在组织高一数学公开教学时,教研组集体讨论了“对数换底公式”的教法,根据“六认真”的要求拟定了教案,然后安排两位教师在同一天进行实践。开始部分教师对此不感兴趣,认为这是“比口才”,没有意思。但多数教师认为,有没有意思,必须通过实践才能下结论。于是对比教学就开始了。真是不比不知道,一比很有效。两位老师都是严格按照教案讲课的,但讲法各异,效果不同。评议中大家取得了一致的看法:一、语言表达是准确阐述数学概念,有效启发学生思维的教师必备的基本素质,是“提高45分钟效益”的重要手段,教师必须掌握这门艺术,必
