金属嵌件注射成型存在研发周期长、成本高且质量不易保证等缺点,以手机面板为例,应用正交实验结合Moldflow模流软件,探讨最小翘曲变形量的最优成型工艺参数,通过调整保压压力、塑料温度、嵌件厚度能有效降低翘曲变形量。由于手机面板金属嵌件的比例较大且为显著影响因子,基于Abaqus研究金属嵌件结构参数对注射件的翘曲变形影响,发现厚度为0.4 mm的不锈钢SUS301嵌件能大幅增加注射件稳定性,但0.3 mm厚度的嵌件不仅能满足短小轻薄特性,也符合强度要求,通过MPI分析了几种常用嵌件材质与塑料原料对注塑件翘曲影响的特性,为实际金属嵌件注射生产提供了合理的依据。
Metal insert injection molding has the disadvantages of long development cycle, high cost and poor quality guarantee. Taking mobile phone panel as an example, the optimal molding process parameters of minimum warpage deformation amount are discussed by using orthogonal experiment combined with Moldflow mold flow software.
