综观我校语文学科教师的课堂教学实践的种种情况,我们认为解决当前问题当务之急是优化教学方式,变革学习方式。于是,实施开展基于文本解读,以“课堂练习设计与优化”为主打项目,助推教师学科素养提升的语文学科校本研修工作拉开序幕。文章就校本研修“寻练”实践,即就“潜心学习求积淀、精心研磨谋策略、精密组织促优化、寻练研修促提升”展开阐述。
Looking at the various situations of classroom teaching practice of our language teachers in our school, we think it is imperative to solve the current problems by optimizing the teaching methods and changing the learning styles. As a result, the implementation of text-based interpretation to “classroom practice design and optimization ” as the main project, boosting the improvement of teachers’ academic literacy school-based training began.
