目的比较超声与磁共振成像对乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的评价。方法 54例行新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者分别采用彩色多普勒超声、磁共振灌注成像进行检查,检查时间为手术前及第一次化疗前。对比两种检查方法结果与“金标准”术后病理结果的一致性。结果 54例患者经新辅助化疗后总体有效率为72.22%(39/54)。超声检查评价的准确性为85.19%,一致性为0.68;磁共振成像检查准确性为87.04%,一致性为0.78,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振灌注成像对乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的评估效果优于超声检查,准确性更高,对新辅助化疗疗效的预测具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To compare the effects of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging on the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer. Methods Fifty-four patients with breast cancer who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy were examined by color Doppler sonography and MR perfusion imaging. The examination time was before surgery and before the first chemotherapy. Compare the results of two test methods and the “gold standard” postoperative pathological results of consistency. Results The overall effective rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in 54 patients was 72.22% (39/54). The accuracy of ultrasound examination was 85.19%, the consistency was 0.68; the accuracy of MRI was 87.04%, the consistency was 0.78, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Magnetic resonance perfusion imaging is superior to ultrasonography in the evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer, with a higher accuracy and a certain reference value for the prediction of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
