以无水乙醇为溶剂用溶剂热法在200℃反应48h,制备名义组成为SnxCo4Sb12(x=0,0.1)的纳米粉末。纳米粉末在氩气保护下350℃热处理10h后,在625℃,80MPa条件下热压制得块体样品。通过XRD和SEM分析样品的成分和显微结构。测试样品在室温下的霍尔效应以及室温至723K范围内的赛贝克系数和电导率。CoSb3掺杂Sn后导电类型由n-型变为p-型,掺杂后电学性能显著提高。
With anhydrous ethanol as solvent solvent solvothermal method at 200 ℃ for 48h to prepare a nominal composition of SnxCo4Sb12 (x = 0,0.1) nano powder. The nanopowder was heat-treated at 350 ℃ for 10h under the protection of argon gas and then hot pressed at 625 ℃ and 80MPa to obtain a bulk sample. The composition and microstructure of the samples were analyzed by XRD and SEM. Hall effect of the test samples at room temperature and the Seebeck coefficient and conductivity at room temperature to 723K. CoSb3 doped Sn after the conductivity type from n-type into p-type, electrical properties after doping significantly improved.
