铁道部想利用手中的铁路通信资源为其带来利益的最大化,而不满足于一出世就被贱卖到别人那里增添人家的筹码。但在外界眼中,铁通有利用价值的也只是其电信网络而已。以其铁道部的单纯背景难以获得更多扶持,以其6万人之众的臃肿身躯和技术、体制、资金、人才之累,铁通独立运作和上市也很渺茫。长不大就得被吃掉,或许尽早把能卖的都卖了更明智?等待这个新入局者的将是怎样的命运?
