襄渝线大巴山隧道垒长5333.7米,衬砌有模注混凝土和喷射混凝土两种类型,采用钢筋混凝土支承块中心水沟式整体道床。该隧道于1972年底竣工,1978年6月交付运营。现因整体道床病害严重,危及行车安全,限速每小时40公里运行;且渗漏水亦颇严重。为此,铁道部科技局会同基建总局,于1980年5月26日至6月11日,在路内有关单位参加下,对大巴山隧道病害进行现场调查,提出整治意见和科研课题如下: 1.排水系统的整治加长水沟,其深度应保证最高流水位低于基底20厘米以下。道床病害或渗水严重地段设
