贵州兴安煤业有限公司糯东煤矿井下施工的一采区掘进巷道,由于地质构造复杂,输送带过曲率半径较小的凹段仅靠设计阶段避免是难以解决的[1]。面对曲率半径较小的凹段,若直接通过,输送带运行时就会极易悬空造成撒煤,而且滚落的煤矸还易伤人,其次输送带启动时易与巷道顶板刮擦,产生输送带撕裂,造成材料浪费。另外,若靠增设1台带式输送机来解决,须配设相应的人力物力。为此,经过多次现场实地考察、反复研究,笔者设计制作了变坡导向装置并收到了较好的使用效果。1结构特点变坡导向装置主要采用16号槽钢、1个400×950
