近几年科学研究成果使我们有可能提出拳击运动员多年训练的三种水平。第一种,从新手到一级运动员;第二种,一级运动员和后补健将;第三种,健将和国际级健将。第一种水平应该采用综合训练法。为了解决全面运动能力的发展,应该把范围最广的一般与专项的身体训练练习列入到训练中去。在这个水平上主要注意的不是运动员的专业定向,而是最大限度地发展运动员的天赋。采用专门的训练手段,目的是在最大范围内一方面对与本身能力的发展产生影响,另一方面也可以从大量专门训练方法中挑选出最适合于运动员的方
In recent years, the scientific research makes it possible for us to propose three levels of boxing athletes’ training for many years. The first, from novice to first-class athlete; second, first-class athlete and post-overtake; third, athlete and world-class generals. The first level should be integrated training method. In order to solve the development of comprehensive athletic ability, the most extensive general and special body training exercises should be included in the training. At this level, the main concern is not the professional orientation of athletes, but to maximize the athlete’s talent.
