目的探讨护理系导生培训管理中有效的管理模式及方法。方法根据甘特图原理,绘制培训管理计划图表,确定导生培训项目内容和进度,依据图表内容及进度安排培训管理工作。结果导生培训管理模式实施以来,取得较明显的效果:培训参与人员对培训管理工作的满意率达96%;学生对导生辅导作用的评价较高。结论应用导生制培训管理模式,可以提高导生培训管理实效,增强管理工作的计划性、针对性,有助于提高护理实训教学效果。
Objective To explore the effective management mode and method of nursing training management in nursing department. Methods According to the Gantt principle, draw the chart of training management plan, determine the content and progress of the training program, and arrange the training management according to the chart content and schedule. Results Since the introduction of the training management model, more obvious effects have been achieved: the satisfaction rate of training participants to the training management is 96%; and the students’ evaluation of the guidance of counseling is higher. Conclusions The application of guided training management mode can improve the effectiveness of training management and enhance the planning and pertinence of management work, which can help to improve the teaching effect of nursing training.
