1 GPⅡ_b/Ⅲ_a的分子结构和功能GPⅡ_b/Ⅲ_a是血小板膜表面最多的糖蛋白分子,其结构是α、β亚单位以非共价键连接而成的异二聚体,GPⅡ_b由α主链和β轻链以二硫键而成。GPⅡ_(ba)暴露在血小板表面,含4个重要的具有钙调素C_a~(2+)结合部位氨基酸序列特征的片段。C_a~(2+)能结合于这4个钙结合部位是C_a~(2+)调节Ⅱ_b/Ⅲ_a构型及复合物形成的主要机制。GPⅢ是由交杂的二硫键组成的单链,也粘附配体结合到GPⅡ_b/Ⅲ_a上
1 GPⅡ_b / Ⅲ_a Molecular Structure and Function GP Ⅱ_b / Ⅲ_a is the most abundant glycoprotein on the surface of platelet membrane. Its structure is a heterodimer composed of α, β subunits linked by non-covalent bonds. GPⅡ_b is composed of α main chain and β light chain disulfide bond formed. GPⅡ_ (ba) is exposed on the platelet surface and contains four important fragments with the amino acid sequence of calmodulin C_a ~ (2+) binding site. C_a ~ (2+) can bind to these four calcium binding sites is C_a ~ (2+) regulation Ⅱ_b / Ⅲ_a configuration and the main mechanism of complex formation. GP III is a single chain consisting of intercalating disulfide bonds and also binds to the ligand binding to GP II b / III -a
