本文报道作者采用以捕捉法ELISA试验原理检测特异性登革IgM、IgG抗体的固相免疫测定新技术,登革IgM斑点法(Dengue virus IgM Blot)及登革IgG斑点法(Dengue virus IgG Blot),检测108份临床上和流行病学上符合登革热诊断的病人的血清。结果登革IgM阳性率为46.3%,登革IgG阳性率为77.8%;IgG抗体检出率明显高于IgM抗体检出率,计数资料差别非常显著(P<0.01)。分析这可能与广州地区多年来发生过多次登革热流行,相当一部分患者已不是初次感染,因而血中IgG抗体水平普遍较高有关。建议如有条件,最好同时检测两种抗体,以使诊断互证及快速。本方法具有较好的特异性与敏感性,取样少,操作简便,快速,是一种可靠的登革热诊断方法。登革热是检疫监测病之一,对来自疫区疑似患者或重点人群,应用此法作为早期诊断依据和流行病的调查有实际意义。
This article reports the detection of specific dengue IgM, IgG antibody capture by solid phase immunoassay, Dengue virus IgM Blot and Dengue virus IgG Blot using the principle of capture ELISA test. , Sera from 108 patients with clinically and epidemiologically dengue diagnoses were tested. Results The positive rate of dengue IgM was 46.3% and the positive rate of dengue IgG was 77.8%. The detection rate of IgG antibody was significantly higher than that of IgM antibody. The difference of counting data was significant (P <0.01). Analysis of this may be the case of dengue fever in Guangzhou many times over the years, a considerable number of patients is not the initial infection, so the blood levels of IgG antibodies generally higher. It is recommended that if conditions permit, it is best to test both antibodies at the same time, so that the diagnosis of mutual evidence and fast. The method has good specificity and sensitivity, less sampling, simple and quick operation, and is a reliable method for dengue fever diagnosis. Dengue is one of the quarantine and surveillance diseases. It is of practical significance to use this method as a basis for early diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of suspected patients or key people from the epidemic area.
