为探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)对急性肝损伤的治疗作用以及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)与肝损伤的关系,采用四氯化碳致急性肝损伤小鼠模型,观寨小鼠NK、IL-2、TNF-α的水平变化以及EGF对这些变化的影响。结果表明,NK活性和IL-2诱生能力下降程度与小鼠肝损伤程度相关,而TNF-a含量则随肝损伤加重而增加;EGF对肝损伤有一定的治疗作用,为EGF的临床应用提供了新的思路。
