大白鼠在施行破坏大脑皮质手术后3、5、9、15天杀死。按氏法和 Shimizu和 Kumamoto 二氏的四醋酸铅法切片染色。结果表明:糖元出现最多的是在术后5—9天的大脑皮质内,术后3天只是血管内出现的糖元较显著,术后15天糖元大为减少,但有的还保持较高的含量。海马皮质内糖元比较明显。大脑皮质的糖元不仅仅分布在破坏区的周围,甚至有的远距破坏区的皮质内亦出现糖元的堆积。不同刺激条件所引起的糖元堆积可能有所不同。
Rats were sacrificed on days 3, 5, 9 and 15 after surgery to destroy the cerebral cortex. According to Shi’s method and Shimizu and Kumamoto two lead tetra acetic acid staining.
