一、前言随着我国机械工业热处理事业的飞跃发展,镍铬合金的供应就呈现出不能满足需要的现象。热处理车间加热设备用镍铬合金的地方甚广,如镍铬电热元件、炉底板、输送带、轨道及辊子等,特别是镍铬合金电热元件方面。由于镍铬合金是我国的稀少金属(尤其是金属镍),目前主要依靠国外进口,价格昂贵、数量又少。因此,如何在现有条件下想法寻找代用材料,有其重要意义。二、试验目的与内容:
