自身预热烧嘴科研课题是国家科委下达的任务。机械工业部第五设计研究院在兄弟单位的协助下.完成了冷态试验,热态试验。经长期的生产考验后,又对烧嘴本体的特性规律、节能机理进行了系统的试验研究。测定了烧嘴的内空气,烟气通道的阻力,引射能力、调节比、稳定燃烧的界限、火焰的长度,张角等上万个数据和参数。修改完善了自身预热烧嘴的设计尺寸,为烧嘴顺利应用于生产,提供了理论依据和实践经验。从而达到了任务书中的要求。
