3J22合金具有高耐磨、高硬度(Hv≥750)、无磁性、耐腐蚀以及抛光性能优良等优异性能,是国内迄今最理想的精密仪表用轴尖材料。近年来,经常发现抛光后的轴尖表面出现黑、白斑缺陷,影响轴尖光洁度,破坏了材料使用性能一致性,从而严重影响精密仪表的精度和灵敏度。通过研究指出:白、黑斑是未溶碳化物暴露于表面,在抛光过程中产生剥落或凸起所致,该碳化物是 M_6C 型,并提出消除此碳化物的途径。
