在人事管理到人力资源管理转变的过程中最显著的变化在于对员工工作生活质量的关注,工作生活质量的提高影响员工的满意度,员工的满意度影响其对组织的贡献程度。本文主要从工作生活质量四维度中的两个来考虑其对战略执行力--目标制定、目标实施的影响。
The most significant change in the transition from HR management to HRM lies in the concern about the quality of work and life of employees, the improvement of work life quality affects the satisfaction of employees, and the employee satisfaction affects their contribution to the organization. This article mainly considers two of the four dimensions of the quality of work life to consider its impact on strategic execution - goal setting and goal implementation.
