目的:构建冠脉内支架植入患者健康教育路径。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法对23名专家进行两轮专家函询,根据指标得分均值和变异系数大小筛选指标。结果:两轮函询专家应答率均超过95%,平均权威系数分别为0.925、0.935,一级指标的协调系数分别为0.114、0.124,二级指标的协调系数分别为0.199、0.220。构建的冠脉内支架植入患者健康教育路径由5个一级指标和34个二级指标组成。结论:构建的健康教育路径具有科学性,对冠脉内支架植入患者实施系统、全程的健康教育具有一定参考意义。
Objective: To construct the path of health education in patients undergoing coronary stent implantation. Methods: Delphi method was used to interview 23 experts for two rounds of experts, and the indexes were screened according to the mean of index scores and the coefficient of variation. Results: The response rates of two rounds of interrogation experts all exceeded 95%. The average authoritative coefficients were 0.925 and 0.935 respectively. The coordination coefficients of the first-level indicators were 0.114 and 0.124 respectively. The second-level indicators were 0.199 and 0.220 respectively. The constructed pathways of health education for coronary stent implantation consisted of 5 first-level indicators and 34 second-level indicators. Conclusion: The path of health education constructed is scientific. It is of certain reference significance for the implementation of systematic and full-time health education in patients undergoing coronary stent implantation.
