Strengthening the integrity of the house (building) surface can increase the overall rigidity of the building. It is an indispensable measure to improve the seismic performance of the house and it is also feasible. We put the concrete ring beam and the pre-stressed hollow plate transfer bar together as a whole, with little investment, but we can obtain better economic and social benefits.
