前言我公司的点焊机,均为苏联40～50年代产品,这些焊机,由于多年使用,磨损严重,元件老化,精度降低,急需进行改造。但是,怎样进行改造?这是我部好多企业均在关心的问题。根据部下达的机械部份改造任务,从调研、设计、制造到调试投产,断续花了两年多时间,于一九八四年十一月正式投产。截至目前共焊了35台份机匣,计28172个焊点。改造的这台焊机,选用了引进的CU4800微机控制器,成为一台全新的焊机。经过五个多月的调试和试生产考验证明,焊机工作稳定,可靠、精度提高,为我部焊机改造找到一条路 Foreword Our company’s spot welding machines are all products of the Soviet Union from the 40th to the 50th.
