教育是有过程的,切忌功利主义而要求一下子把班级管理好,那是不现实的。管理是为教育服务的,必须有良好教育效果的管理才是最好的管理。
Education is a process. It is unrealistic to avoid utilitarianism and demand that classes be managed at once. Management is for education, and management with good educational effects is the best management.
