目的探讨卡拉胶低聚糖对受X射线照射小鼠的辐射防护作用及其机制。方法采用X射线一次全身照射小鼠,观察6.0Gy照射小鼠30d存活率,检测外周血指标,脾脏指数,血清和肝脏中抗氧化酶和脂质过氧化物水平。结果卡拉胶低聚糖组小鼠30d存活率比照射对照组显著提高,而且卡拉胶低聚糖能加速小鼠外周血白细胞总数(WBC)、血小板数(PLT)和红细胞数(RBC)的恢复,明显提高脾脏指数,并且可引起谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著增高,脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降。结论卡拉胶低聚糖对受照射小鼠有明显的辐射防护作用,其机理可能与其保护造血组织和抗氧化作用有关。
Objective To investigate the radioprotective effect of carrageenan oligosaccharide on X-ray irradiated mice and its mechanism. Methods Whole body irradiation with X-ray was used to observe the 30-day survival rate of 6.0Gy irradiated mice. Peripheral blood index, spleen index, antioxidant enzymes and lipid peroxides in serum and liver were measured. Results Carrageenan oligosaccharides group mice 30d survival rate significantly increased compared with the irradiated control group, and carrageenan oligosaccharides can accelerate the recovery of peripheral blood leukocyte count (WBC), platelet count (PLT) and red blood cell count (RBC) , Significantly increased the spleen index, and caused a significant increase in the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and a significant decrease in the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the lipid peroxidation product. Conclusion Carrageenan oligosaccharides have obvious radioprotective effect on irradiated mice, and its mechanism may be related to its protection of hematopoietic tissue and antioxidation.
