建立现代企业制度、实行公司制是我国企业体制改革的重大突破。在今后的公司化改组过程中,有相当一部分企业要走集团化发展道路,组成以产权关系为纽带的企业集团。改革要尽可能符合国际惯例,要学习国外先进的管理经验和做法。本文对国外企业集团领导体制的类型及内容作一简要介绍,以期对我国的企业改革有所裨益。 第一类:以混和控股公司为核心的企业集团领导 The establishment of a modern enterprise system and the implementation of a corporate system are major breakthroughs in China’s corporate system reform.
