伊犁哈萨克自治州地处祖国西北边陲,是由哈萨克、汉、蒙古、维吾尔、回、锡伯等47个民族组成的多民族地区。然而少数民族地区由于经济条件、教育水平相对落后,发展相对缓慢。少数民族地区的安定是国家稳定的重要保障,少数民族地区教育水平的提升对于提高全民素质、实现人才强国起着积极的作用。德育对维护祖国稳定、民族团结起着重要的作用。因此,在伊犁地区中小学通过传统文化方式进行德育教学成了当务之急,这直接关系到民族团结和稳边兴边的大业。
Located in the northwestern border of the motherland, Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture is a multi-ethnic area consisting of 47 ethnic groups including Kazakh, Han, Mongolia, Uyghur, Hui and Xibe. However, due to the economic conditions in ethnic minority areas, the education level is relatively backward and the development is relatively slow. The stability of the ethnic minority areas is an important guarantee for the stability of the country. The improvement of the education level in ethnic minority areas plays an active role in improving the quality of the whole people and bringing about a powerful nation. Moral education plays an important role in safeguarding the stability of the motherland and national unity. Therefore, it is imperative to conduct moral education through traditional culture in primary and secondary schools in Yili Prefecture, which is directly related to the great cause of national unity and stability and development.
