Man is the carrier of knowledge and the main body of knowledge innovation. How to transform individual knowledge into organizational knowledge and build the core competitiveness of the organization through knowledge sharing is the core issue of knowledge management. Analyzing the connotation of knowledge sharing and the relationship between knowledge sharing and human resource management can promote the human resource management of knowledge sharing.
