随着阳光体育运动的实施和进一步的推动,国家对增强青少年体质的学校体育工作越来越重视。在学校体育教学中,评定一节体育课的效果,运动负荷是一项重要的衡量指标。科学合理地安排运动负荷对增强体质,掌握和提高运动技术、技能,提高运动成绩,防止伤害事故的发生有重大意义。合理地安排和调节学生的体育课运动负荷要以“健康第一”为指导思想,促进学生健康成长;以学生发展为中心,重视学生的主观感受;因人而异,关注学生的个体差异,确保每一个学生受益。
