切除3月龄SD大鼠双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松症动物模型,用图象定量法,将去势7周后的大鼠胫骨近端骨小梁测量,所得的各项参数以对照组比较的结果显示:去势组大鼠骨小梁面积减小+44%,周长-34%、密度-41%、间隙+99%、骨小梁的骨转换增加,如:四环素标记周长+77%、吸收陷窝周长+298%、矿化沉积率+32%、骨形成率+130%,但去卵巢大鼠骨吸收的增加超过骨形成的增加以导致骨质丢失和骨形态结构的改变。
The animal models of osteoporosis were established by excision of both ovaries of SD rats at 3 months of age. The trabecular bone of the proximal humerus after 7 weeks of ovariectomy was measured by image quantification. The parameters obtained were compared with the control group.
