本文根据经典均匀成核理论,分别研究了硝酸酸沉和盐酸酸沉制备的四钼酸铵过饱和溶液的成核过程,并讨论了过饱和比和温度对成核速率及成核机制的影响。研究结果表明,无论是硝酸酸沉还是盐酸酸沉,四钼酸铵过饱和溶液的成核速率均随过饱和比和温度的升高而增大;固液界面张力、临界半径及临界成核自由能均随温度的升高而减小。比较硝酸酸沉和盐酸酸沉四钼酸铵过饱和溶液的成核速率,发现后者的成核速率比前者大。
In this paper, according to the classical theory of uniform nucleation, the nucleation process of supersaturated solution of ammonium molybdate prepared by nitric acid precipitation and hydrochloric acid acid precipitation was studied respectively. The effect of supersaturation ratio and temperature on the nucleation rate and nucleation mechanism was also discussed . The results show that the nucleation rates of supersaturated solution of ammonium molybdate both increase with the increase of supersaturation ratio and temperature, both in acid nitric acid solution and hydrochloric acid acid solution. The interfacial tension, critical radius and critical nucleation Free energy decreases with increasing temperature. The nucleation rate of supersaturated solutions of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid-precipitated ammonium heptamolybdate was compared, and the nucleation rate of the latter was found to be larger than the former.
