Since the end of April 2006, Shanghai has initiated the “enhanced adaptability and improvement of traffic civilization”. This time it is an act of truth: not only administrative peasants who run the red light but refuse to accept punishments are administratively detained in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, but more recently traffic police officers have been dispatched to capture the indiscriminate roadblocks and red traffic lights and expose them in public. Now, more than 19 million people in Shanghai are re-learning how to cross the road correctly. Actually, not only Shanghai, but also many people on the road in most cities will see many pedestrians who do not abide by the traffic rules, such as crossing the road and chasing red lights. Even you may have been one of these people. Smell the red light is considered by many as a trivial trivial matter, but it can reflect a lot of problems.
