介绍了一种适合于装载机使用的静液机械无级变速复合传动方案。该方案不仅能满足装载机的力矩传递要求,还能适应装载机动力输出的激变特性。该方案通过几组湿式多片离合器的结合状态控制,实现了纯静液、复合无级变速和纯机械等传动状态。阐述了各种传动状态的变速原理、控制要素及适用工况。介绍了该方案与混合动力技术相结合的拓展结构。该结构在装载机上实现了混合动力与无级变速技术的结合,是目前最具潜力的装载机节能方案。
A hydrostatic mechanical infinitely variable speed compound transmission scheme suitable for loader is introduced. The scheme can not only meet the torque transfer requirements of loader, but also adapt to the dynamic characteristics of loader power output. The program through several groups of wet multi-plate clutch state of control, to achieve a pure hydrostatic, composite continuously variable transmission and purely mechanical transmission state. The transmission principle, control factors and applicable conditions of various transmission states are expounded. This paper introduces the expansion structure of this scheme combined with hybrid technology. This structure realizes the combination of hybrid and CVT technology on the loader, which is the most potential loader energy saving solution at present.
