随着时代的发展变革,各行各业都有了全新的面貌,创新是历史进步的动力、时代发展的关键,位居今日中国“五大发展理念”之首,创新作为引领发展的第一动力,决定我国赶超世界先进科技水平的能力和实力,为中华民族的伟大复兴注入强劲的动力,实现科技创新、技术创新能够有效推动我国经济的发展。而创新是由人实现的,创新型人才的培养也就成为了教育的关键。职业院校为我国培养了大批的高质量技术型人才,在数控专业教学中,也为企业输送了一批又一批的高端人才,但由于市场的不断变化,要求学生不仅要有过硬的专业技能,还得能够勇于创新,开拓新天地,因此要在教学中注重学生创新能力的培养,本文围绕“职业学校数控专业教学中学生创新能力的培养”这一主题展开探讨。
