新课程改革以来,合作学习的开展取得了一定的成效,但也存在着不少问题,严重影响合作学习成效的达成。影响合作学习的主要因素1.教师指导学生组织合作学习的意识与技能之间的矛盾。教师对合作学习的指导是合作学习实施的关键。在课堂教学过程中,有的教师组织学生开展合作学习的积极性相对较高,但仍有不少教师长期习惯于单向的传授式教学,对合作学习缺乏应有的思考,因此产生了两种情形:一是有激情缺技能,二是有技能缺热情。2.合作学习小组任务的开放性与学校制度和管理
