本文针对重力流输水管道系统因地形落差所产生的水头压力超过管道的允许承压能力时,为经济选用管材,降低工程造价,采用了减压池减压措施,实现分区输水。采用输水管道的优化计算结果,对减压池级数、设置位置的确定方法及供水能量的利用进行了分析讨论。不同的管材具有不同大小的承压能力,但其值总是有限的,若当重力流输水管道由地形落差所产生的水头压力超过管道的本身承压能力时,就须设置减压措施,本文分析采用减压池减压,将输水管分段,分区输水,在每分段处修建减压池,而减压池的级数与位置的确定与每个分区要求的压力有关。
In this paper, gravity flow pipeline system due to topographic drop head pressure generated by the pipe exceeds the allowable pressure capacity, the selection of pipe for the economy, reduce project costs, the decompression tank decompression measures to achieve sub-regional water. Adopting the optimization calculation results of water pipelines, the methods of determining the number of depressurization tanks, setting positions and the utilization of water supply were analyzed and discussed. Different pipes have different sizes of pressure-bearing capacity, but their values are always limited. If the head pressure generated by the gravity flow pipe exceeds the pressure-bearing capacity of the pipe itself, a decompression measure must be provided. This paper analyzes the use of decompression pool decompression, the water pipe section, sub-district water, decompression pool at each sub-section, and decompression pool level and location of the pressure required to determine each partition.
