本試驗是本研究工作的第六部分。从以前进行的5种常用薰蒸剂对10种农作种籽发芽影响試驗的結果,可以知道以我国各种常用薰蒸剂能达100%死亡率的杀虫剂量与时間,对于各种农作物种籽发芽率及发芽势均有不同程度的損失,最高的校正死籽率可达73%(溴甲烷对玉米),校正发芽势最低仅5.8%(溴甲烷对早稻)。对于这种发芽率及发芽势的損失,有人认为在相当时间后可以恢复,也有人认为薰蒸剂对受薰蒸的种籽除直接的影响外,尚有随薰蒸剂后貯藏时期的增长,而有‘迟滞影响”。而在生产实践上,受薰蒸种籽的发芽力是否能随貯藏时間的增长而有所恢复,或是更行恶化,是有重大意义的。本試驗
