Quality management is an important part of business management and its important role is well known. However, in the actual production and management, this answer to quality management is not an excellent answer for every company. According to the author, there are 10 main reasons. 1 Lack of foresight The vision provides the organizational structure and the order of the systems needed for the development of the company, how the company sets the action plan, and how the company implements the plan.
