目的:探讨高频超声对医源性外周神经损伤的诊断价值。方法:总结经肌电图及手术证实的12例医源性外周神经损伤患者的高频超声声像图特征。结果:12例患者均有不同种类的手术史,并出现不同的神经损伤临床表现,包括6例桡神经受压、5例尺神经受压、1例腓总神经受压。高频超声不仅可清晰显示神经受压及其两端增粗的程度,也能显示压迫神经的内固定及部分瘢痕组织。结论:高频超声能有效诊断外周神经医源性损伤,为临床治疗提供影像学依据。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury. Methods: The characteristics of high frequency ultrasonography of 12 patients with iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury confirmed by electromyography and operation were summarized. RESULTS: All 12 patients had different types of surgical history and showed different clinical manifestations of nerve injury including 6 cases of radial nerve compression, 5 cases of ulnar nerve compression and 1 case of common peroneal nerve compression. High-frequency ultrasound can not only clearly show the extent of nerve compression and thickening at both ends, but also show the internal fixation of compression nerve and some scar tissue. Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasound can effectively diagnose iatrogenic injury of peripheral nerves and provide imaging evidence for clinical treatment.
