几年前,我用辛苦积攒下来的钱租了一片地,办了个豆制品加工厂,生产豆花、机制腐竹等。开始时因为同类产品竞争太强,废品率也高,致使效益不太好。后来我把主要精力放在产品开发与提高产品质量上。经调查发现市场上豆制品几乎大同小异,即产品口感差、没韧劲。针对这种情况,我们开发出一种条状、多孔、水发后似面筋的豆制品,其韧劲弹性增强了1倍,废品率也大大降低,在市场上以每公斤高出同类产品8角钱的价格出售仍供不应求。
