原油长输管道在运行过程中,会不断析出结晶蜡,蜡层在管壁不断堆积会缩小管道内壁,降低管道输送效率。清管是清除管道内蜡结晶的最重要手段,但如何选择合理的清蜡周期,将管道运行的安全性及经济性提升至最优,是运行单位面临的最主要的问题。本文从该问题入手,重点分析了影响长输管道结蜡的四个主要因素,总结了各因素对结蜡的影响规律;提出来在管道输送条件一定情况下,影响确定清管周期的四个参数,并给出了计算方法,最后总结了确定最优周期的方法及指导思想。
