一、面向全体,特别关注“弱势”学生1.进行异质分组。分好学习小组,是合作学习的前提。合作学习一般采用异质分组,即考虑到小组成员间性别、学习成绩、能力方面差异,考虑到家庭经济、社会背景、性格、脾气等差异。采用异质分组,就连带产生了全班各小组间的同质性,这就是合作学习的分组原则─组间同质、组内异质。利用学生之间的差异进行互补,学生在小组合作中自己的优势得以发挥,增强了信心,又在互相学习中弥补了自身的不足,激发了兴趣。
