吸胀温度显著地影响甜菜种子的萌发达率。吸胀温度为30℃和20℃时,50%萌发所需要的时间分别为36h和56h;在7℃中吸胀120h,仍未见萌发。在种子吸涨过程中,粗线粒体蛋白的含量,细胞色素C氧化酶(CCO)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的活性增加,且它们在30℃和20℃中的活性较高,在7℃下较低。种子的萌发速率与粗线粒体蛋白的含量,CCO和MDH的活性之间有良好的相关。
The swelling temperature significantly affects the germination rate of beet seeds. When the swelling temperature was 30 ℃ and 20 ℃, the time required for 50% germination was 36h and 56h, respectively. At 70 ℃ for 120h, no germination occurred. The crude mitochondrial protein content, cytochrome C oxidase (CCO) and malate dehydrogenase (MDH) activity increased during imbibition of seeds, and their activity was higher at 30 ° C and 20 ° C, and at 7 ℃ lower. There was a good correlation between seed germination rate and crude mitochondrial protein content, CCO and MDH activity.
