本文简要论述β薄膜与纸张定量原理。重点论述温度补偿的重要性,并用气态方程式推导温度补偿的计算过程和温度实验结果,效果是非常好的。本文也论述了物质对多能β射线的吸收系数μ值不是常数,而是随被测物增厚而变大。介绍了在线测量时用查表法寻找对应μ值的方法。并简要介绍了纸张定量用红外线测定水分的方法以及用单片微机8098构成β薄膜和纸张定量装置和实现闭环控制。
This article briefly discusses the principle of β-film and paper quantitation. This paper focuses on the importance of temperature compensation and derives the temperature compensation calculation process and temperature experiment results from the gas equation. The result is very good. This paper also discusses that the absorption coefficient μ of a substance to multiphoton β-rays is not constant, but increases with the thickness of the measured object. This paper introduces the method of looking up the corresponding μ value by the look-up table method when measuring online. The method of quantitative determination of moisture by infrared ray and quantitative measurement of β - sheet and paper with a single - chip microcomputer 8098 and the closed - loop control are briefly introduced.
