传统的EPROM 烧制电压电源都是使用单独的稳压电源提供,比较麻烦。本文介绍一种简易EPROM烧制电压电源,其输入电压为+5V,输出电压通过开关切换分别为+12.5V,+21V、+25V,满足使用要求,如图1所示。本电路的关键器件是美国国家半导体公司新推出的LM3578集成开关电源电路,它采用双列8脚封装。输出电压采用脉宽调制PWM 方式工作,其电压变换效率高,内部具有过热及限流保护电路,外接元件少。图中的输入电压为+5V,当K_1、K_2开路时,电路输出电压为+12.5V;闭合K_1时,输出电压增加到+21V;再
The traditional EPROM firing voltage power supply is provided using a separate power supply, more trouble.
