教育家韩愈曾说:“师不必贤于弟子,弟子不必不如师。”在瞬息万变的现代信息社会里,教师的学识不可能包罗万象,而事实上,每个学生都有自己的个性特长,他们的智慧和信息量完全有可能在某些方面超越教师,因此,在指导模式上应该变传统的教师对学生的单向指导为现代“师生互导,生生互导”的多向互动的指导模式。在教法上以启发式、讨论式为主,注重培养学生的各种能力,以适应高考改革的需要。只有实施开放性教学,才能培养出开放性社会所需的开拓创新的人才。
The educator Han Yu once said: “The teacher does not have to be a disciple. A disciple must not be inferior to a teacher.” In the rapidly changing modern information society, teachers’ knowledge cannot be comprehensive. In reality, each student has his or her own personality. It is entirely possible for wisdom and information to outperform teachers in certain aspects. Therefore, one-sided guidance of teachers that should become traditional in the guidance model for students is a multi-directional interactive guidance model for modern “teacher-student mutual guidance and student-to-behavioural mutual guidance”. . The teaching method focuses on heuristics and discussion styles, focusing on cultivating students’ abilities to adapt to the needs of college entrance examination reform. Only through the implementation of open education can we cultivate the talents for open innovation needed in an open society.
