研究了振动和噪声联合暴露作用大鼠引起的应激反应及垂体 肾上腺皮质系统的改变机制。结果表明 :在 1 30dB白噪声和 7Hz、0 .5g正弦振动信号实验条件下 ,暴露 45min ,引起大鼠血浆ACTH和血清皮质醇显著性变化 ,t检验p <0 .0 1。
The stress response and the mechanism of the changes of pituitary adrenocortical system in rats exposed to vibration and noise were studied. The results showed that under the experimental conditions of 1 30 dB white noise and 7 Hz, 0.5 g sinusoidal vibration signals, exposure to 45 min caused significant changes in plasma ACTH and serum cortisol, t test p <0.01.
