目的研究刚果红和粉防己碱的结合反应,建立测定粉防己碱的新方法。方法pH4.0BR缓冲液中,刚果红与粉防己碱通过分子间作用力形成离子缔合物,使λex=λem=380nm波长的共振瑞利散射信号加强。结果该方法在0.06~0.1mg/mL呈线性关系,检测限为0.3μg/mL。对6批粉防己中粉防己碱测定的结果与高效液相色谱法基本一致。平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.71%(n=6)。结论此方法灵敏度高,稳定性好,可用于防己中粉防己碱的测定。
Objective To study the binding reaction of Congo red and tetrandrine and establish a new method for the determination of tetrandrine. Methods In pH 4.0 BR buffer, Congo red and tetrandrine form an ionic associate by intermolecular forces, which enhances the resonance Rayleigh scattering signal at a wavelength of λex=λem=380 nm. Results The method showed a linear relationship between 0.06 and 0.1 mg/mL. The detection limit was 0.3 μg/mL. The results of the determination of 6 batches of tetrandrine tetrandrine tetrandrine were basically consistent with that of high performance liquid chromatography. The average recovery was 98.9% and the RSD was 1.71% (n=6). Conclusion This method has high sensitivity and good stability. It can be used for the determination of tetrandrine in Fangjizhongfen.
